I called late in the afternoon to my regular plumber I use and he couldn't come till the following week. My line was blocked and sewage was spilling into the front yard and of course it was on a Friday. My neighbor had used this company and raved about them so I gave them a try. I can not remember the name of the person but he was very sweet on the phone the night before when I called at 4:30 but I do know he mentioned he was the owner and came out the next morning to take care of me. He fixed the problem in a timely manner. I knew it would cost me a fortune being the weekend but he charged me less than my regular plumber charges me on a weekday. I will only use this company from now on and have recommended them to all my friends. This happened last fall and I thought I had written my review back then. I did but did not send/post it. Mike, the owner, called me back quickly, requested pictures, and scheduled me with ease. I knew I needed a shower valve replacement (put off for WAY too long). I felt the amount owed was reasonable. Jose was my plumber and he was timely and personable. He answered all my questions and concerns and was very efficient. Even the hole in the wall to access the plumbing was done well and will easily be repaired. The area was left very clean. I requested two more estimates for a different valve replacement and hot water heater. I felt they were all reasonable and will use them for my future needs. Thanks so much! read less

(Even more) We had to have a new toilet installed and a new faucet installed over a sink in the garage. We had purchased the equipment and took a chance hiring Sacramento Plumbing Solutions. They are rated 5 Stars and now we know why! Our Plumber "Jesse" communicated with us to keep us in the know when he would arrive. He was on time, kind, friendly, very professional and extremely thorough. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. When he took the old toilet off he showed us that there was a large crack in the flange. He said he would need to come back to fix that part at a later date. All went well with the installation and also with the installation of the faucet in our garage. He was able to come back in a very timely manner and again communicated with us so nicely. He was on time and handled taking the toilet off again and was able to replace the flange from inside the house! (That saved us some money ... instead of him going under the house) My husband watched and was very happy with every single thing. I am so happy about our total experience with "Jesse" and his company. I would hire them again when needed. He gave us a really informed idea of what was wrong. In doing the work, he worked harder and longer than anyone I'd ever seen, truly going above and beyond for us. The work ended up being really extensive and he got it done as quickly as possible so that it wouldn't be an enormous disruption to our lives. Justice also kept us in the loop every step of the way and was extremely communicative about what he was doing and why. It's been two months and we haven't had any issues since, and the whole bathroom drains way better than it ever did! Justice worked miracles for us and the ultimate cost was $7,000 lower than the next closest bid for the same work. This company is amazing! We had a slab leak in our 40 y.o. house and had to re-pipe our plumbing system to include 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room . Justice and Jesse are an incredible duo. They are hard workers who are efficient and left our house clean every day. The City of West Sacramento inspectors were highly impressed with their repiping and installation of the Type M copper pipes. They also provide a 5 year warranty on pipe replacement. Also, I can't forget Grace! Communication was above and beyond expectations! The job wouldn't have gone so smoothly without her. She started the process for our permit the moment we accepted their help. She even communicated with the City of West Sacramento to set up our appointments for post-work inspections. When the inspectors didn't have a ladder to perform their inspection, Justice came all the way from El Dorado Hills to provide us one! I guarantee you can put full trust and confidence in Sacramento Plumbing Solutions to help you with your plumbing needs. The very next day, Mike & Anthony worked all day to install the new pump. As with any older house, there's always an issue and they ended up having to jackhammer some cement to install the new sump pump basin. They didn't stop work until 9pm when they finished! Justice came out for several leak and valve repairs, and he was skilled while also sharing his rationale for certain steps. Later, Jose also came out after another company accidently cut into some pipe and he was also friendly and professional. They were easy to work with and did an excellent job. We have an older house with several issues that no doubt caused them to spend more time than planned but they never complained. We also requested copper pipes, which required a lot of soldering and custom connections. We had many questions along the way that Mike always handled patiently and thoroughly. Justice and Anthony were also terrific. Sacramento Plumbing Solutions also coordinated the city inspection process (we passed) and have been back a few times to tie up loose ends after wall and tile repairs were completed. They cleaned up at the end of each day and respected our request to wear masks while inside. Grace, who handled billing and some of the scheduling from their office, was also great to work with. From the bid process, through the actual repipe, to inspection, and clean up, they were professional and easy to work with. Mike, the owner came out to our house and gave us a competitive bid. He was one of the few plumbers willing to work within our schedule, and once we agreed on a time frame, he went above and beyond to meet make sure the project finished within our agreed upon window. The project was a major undertaking and took nearly a week to complete. Throughout that time, Mike stayed late and arrived early. As a result, he finished a day earlier than expected! He knew we wanted the work finished as soon as possible, and that we had other contractors that would follow him up to close all the walls, texture and paint. The final night he finished around 10pm and then stayed another hour cleaning up! I thought he might send other employees to do the work and stop by occasionally to oversee the work. Instead, he did all of the work himself with the support of just one other plumber. Mike is friendly, easy to work with and has an incredible work ethic. Sacramento Plumbing Solutions is by far the best plumbing company, I've worked with in my life. Woo hoo American dream! PSYCHE! When shit hits the fan (or in our case wouldn't flush) there's no landlord to run to anymore and the dream becomes a nightmare! We discovered our plumbing issue around 3:00pm on a Wednesday. Hub tried everything to fix it himself but just couldn't. By the time we decided to throw in the towel and call the pros it was nearly 4:30p. The issue HAD to be resolved as we had laundry water backing up into our tub and shower. We knew since it was going to be after hours we would be paying an arm and a leg...sigh...our first home repair issue. First company I called didnt pick up didn't return my message after being advertised as available after hoursThe 2nd company returned my call but after the service had been performed. The 3rd company I called came out quickly. They arrived at 4:45p, met hub out in the yard, looked under our house (not crawl under, flashed a light at the pipe) and proceeded to tell my hub what he thought it was. Said it was a root in the mainline and because the way our plumbing was (old house) they would have to get on the roof and snake from the vent and since it was getting dark he wasn't going to do it (safety issues) and tried to upsell my hub by giving him a quote to cut the pipe remove the root redirect the plumbing under the house blah blah blah and to call him the next day when we decided to do that. He didn't even come in the house to actually look at what we had going on.After feverishly calling around trying to find someone who would come out, in the dark, and get up on the roof, Mike at Plumbing Solutions said, "no problem, I'll be there at 8:30."Our hero showed up a little before 8:30, got under the house, looked at the line out in the yard, came in looked at both bathrooms, flushed toilets and said, "eh, I'm gonna snake through the toilet." 10 minutes later drains were cleared. AND it only cost $210. I held my breath thinking it was going to be well over that amount but it was completely affordable. So thanks to the dude from the 3rd company (who should probably be in sales and not out in the field) we have some knowledge as to what other plumbing repairs we may have in the future BUT we will definitely call Plumbing Solutions!! read less

We don't even use it. One of the pipes broke, flooded the yard, and resulted in us having to turn off the water to the entire back yard.
